Short Brief about Fruits and Stone Walking in Entropia Universe

In Entropia Universe, Fruits and Stone are valuable resources for feeding tamed pets and crafting. Fruits and stones are randomly generated by the game server all over the planets all the time. All those fruits and stones cannot be seen unless the player is walking, you cannot see them if you run. To find fruits and stones by walking can be a very boring activity. But because of this, the fruits and stones price is far higher than the price of Vibrant Sweat. Which is good, because this will allowed players to earn a good amount of PEDs by selling fruits and stones they found.

How to Fruits and Stone Walking in Entropia Universe

As mentioned above, players need to WALK to see the fruits and stones. To do this you need to switch the feature of running and walking. You can do this by pressing "Q" key on your keyboard. This key is the default action if you did not change the default option.

Next you will need to lower the graphic option to "Low" or "Safe Mode". You can do this by changing the Object Quality in Advanced graphic option. Or press "Esc" key, choose "Option" and click on "Advanced" tab.

With that all set, you can start to walk for fruits and stones.

Some tips to find fruits and stones in Entropia Universe based on my personal experience, find a spot or area which are far from teleports or cities. The less player on the area is better for finding fruits and stones. And why does this matter? Because the more populated the area, the less you will find fruits or stones because other player maybe already found them. If you haven't found any fruits or stones after walking for 10-15 minutes i suggest you to move to other area. The cause you did not find any fruits or stones could mean that other player have found them before you couple of hours earlier.

Fruits, Natural Stones, and Common Dung can be sold to other player. 1.000 Fruits can be sold for 10-11 PEDs, Stones can be sold for 4-5 PEDs, and Common Dung for 2.5-3 PEDs. Those price is base on December 2016. Price might change in the future, but for now those price is fairly accurate.

Personal experience on Fruits and Stones Walking

These two activities of fruits and stones walking are a very good way to earn PEDs, but they require you non-stop attention and huge dedication, and also a bit of luck. Why? Because you can spend hours of walking and still found nothing. While sometimes you can find 100-500 fruits just by walking for 10-15 minutes.

My biggest claim on fruits was nearly 250 on Planet Calypso and 450 on Planet Arkadia.

If you ask me, does fruits and stones walking are better than sweating? Well, i could say that the earning potential is about the same. The difference on fruit walking is that when you gather up to 1.000 fruits, they are tend to sell faster than Vibrant Sweat.

Sweating for PEDs in Entropia Universe

Short Introduction about Sweating

Sweating in Entropia Universe is the process of gathering or extracting Vibrant Sweat from animals in the game. But sweating cannot performed on robots, humanoid mobs, players or tamed pets. Sweating is one of the few activities you can do inside the game that require almost nothing except for your play time and no investment needed at all.You can start to sweat immediately after joining Entropia Universe. All you need to do is equip the "VSE Mk1" that's already inside your inventory.

On every "successful" attemp of sweating you will get 1-4 bottle of Vibrant Sweat to your inventory. On average most player can get up to 500 within 1 hour of sweating process. You will be gaining skill points overtime on your Sweat Gatherer Skill and Profession. However, the amount of 1-4 bottle of Vibrant Sweat of every successful attemp you do will not increase even if your Sweat Gatherer Skills or level gets higher.

Earning PEDs from Sweat

The Vibrant Sweat you collect can be sold to other avatars/players. The price of 1.000 (1k) bottles of Sweat in the game market is between 1.4 - 1.8 PED. The price is pretty low on these days, but there's other ways to sell for higher price per 1.000 bottle of Vibrant Sweat.

1. Daily Big Industries SSI Event - 2.5 PEDs for 1k of Vibrant Sweat
2. Daily Royal Club Entropiafund Sweat Support Event - 2 PEDs for 1k of Vibrant Sweat

Big Industries SSI Event is held on a daily basis for 1 hour. The start time of the event are 21:00 on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and 15:00 on weekend (Saturday - Sunday) Entropia Universe Server time. 
There are some rules/regulation to join the SSI Event, your Agility must below 41 and you can only sell 1.000 of Vibrant Sweat during the event.
Sometime during the event (usually 10-15 minutes before the event ends) the event host will ask a simple question or give a quiz. 10 players who could give correct answer and with Agility below 41 could sell their Vibrant Sweat for the price of 2.5 PED per 1k.

RCESS Event also similar to the Big Industries SSI event. The difference is only on their pay rate. While Big Industries SSI paid 2.5 PED for 1k of Vibrant Sweat, the RCESS paid 2 PED for 1k.
The RCESS Event also held on daily basis. The start time of the event are 22:30 on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and 16:00 on weekend (Saturday - Sunday) Entropia Universe Server time.

Personal Experience on Earning PEDs from Sweating

Although sweating process require no investment at all, it is very time consuming and can get pretty boring. Sweating for PEDs used to be easy in the past. However as time passes the demand of Vibrant Sweat is gradually decreasing, causing more newly registered player especially non-depositor to struggle for earning PEDs for their activities.

The good thing is there are Big Industries SSI and RCESS event to help player to earn some PEDs and the only way to get your Vibrant Sweat sold for higher price, or you could find a mentor/society members/players that will buy your Vibrant Sweat higher than average market price.

All that said, sweating process is one of few ways you can do to earn some starting PEDs ingame - PEDs than can be invested into something better later.

Entropia Universe, The Game

Entropia Universe is an advanced 3D online virtual environment with a developed planetary system and one universal Real Cash Economy (RCE) system. Each planet offers a wide variety of exciting entertainment. You can travel between the planets through space and socialize with people from all over the world.

Right now Entropia Universe have six planets that you can travel and explore. They are Calypso, Rocktropia, Arkadia, Next Island, Cyrene, and Toulan. These so called planets are the planet partners of Mind Ark.

The game features several different paths you can play, either crafting, hunting, mining, trading, pirating in space or owning land area which you can then place a tax on hunting or mining activities of other players.

This is a very interesting game and doesn’t require a lot of thought to play it, you can join societies (the games version of alliances or guilds) or strike out on your own. The way the game plays is smooth, with some of the most interesting looking creatures you will ever see.

There is an option to invest into the game, every 10 PED (Project Entropia Dollars) equates to 1 USD, however you by no means have to invest into the game to be able to play it. You can still play the game for free.
